Journal: Case Reports in Neurology

Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025

Case Reports in Neurology is calling for submissions of case reports and case series that demonstrate the clinical application of neuromodulation techniques in neurology.

We welcome original case reports, series and clinical observations that explore the use of neuromodulation in the diagnosis, treatment, or management of neurological disorders.

This article collection aims to highlight the therapeutic potential and clinical outcomes of interventions such as:

  • Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)
  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
  • Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS)
  • Spinal Cord Stimulation

We are particularly interested in cases demonstrating advances in neuroplasticity, neurorehabilitation, and the management of chronic pain, epilepsy, and functional neurological disorders.

Clinicians are encouraged to submit reports that provide insight into patient selection, procedural techniques, and long-term outcomes. Submissions should highlight how neuromodulation techniques are being integrated into clinical practice and contribute to the evolving understanding of their therapeutic potential.

Please select the option “Call for Papers: Clinical Applications of Neuromodulation in Neurology” when submitting your manuscript and mention this Call for Papers in your cover letter.

Article publication is subject to rigorous peer review in line with the journal's editorial policies. Please refer to our author guidelines for further details about the publication conditions.
