Journal: Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy
Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026
Neuroimaging, particularly fetal MRI and advanced ultrasound techniques, has become increasingly vital in prenatal diagnostics. Its applications span several key areas, including the early detection of neurodevelopmental anomalies, improved diagnostic accuracy, and enhanced decision-making for prenatal interventions and postnatal care.
We particularly welcome submissions of original research and innovative studies that advance our understanding of the role of neuroimaging in assessing fetal brain development, early identification of fetal brain anomalies, evaluating the brain before and after fetal interventions, and elucidating associations with long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes.
Please select the option “Call for Papers: Neuroimaging in Fetal Diagnosis” when submitting your manuscript and mention this Call for Papers in your cover letter.
Article publication is subject to rigorous peer review in line with the journal's editorial policies. Please refer to our author guidelines for further details about the publication conditions.
As a hybrid journal, Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy supports Open Access publications. Corresponding authors can publish Open Access articles at no or reduced cost if they are associated with or employed by one of these universities/institutions.
